The price includes:
Stay, VAT, flat rate for electricity, water, heating, satellite TV, unlimited speed WiFi, car parking, safe space for bicycles, free entry to the adventure pool in Naturno (if available). Bed linen and towels per person per stay. Bathroom-starter-kit with toilet paper and disinfectant soap. Kitchen-starter-kit with sponge, dishwashingsoap, dishtowel and trash bag. Various cleaning utensils such as universal cleaning agent, broom, bucket, vacuum cleaner, iron.

Not included in the price:

Tourism tax per person from 14 years: € 1,15  / night
Finaly cleaning for apartment typ A, B3, B4, D4, D5: € 50 / stay
Finaly cleaning for apartment typ D6: € 70 / stay
Extra bed (only on request and as far as possible): € 3 / night
Cot with bed linen (only on request): € 2 / night
Change of bed linen: € 8 / person

Change of towels: € 8 / person

Pets (dog, cat, hare): up to 10 kg € 3 / night and without feed

Deposit:

Prices and reservation are binding with a deposit (caparra confirmatoria) of € 125.00 per apartment.

From € 1,000.00 we charge 30% of the total amount. The deposit will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check out: every day until 10 a.m.
